CleanSimple was founded in November 2022 by Joseph McEldowney and Fergal Bradley. Joseph brings a background in accountancy; Fergal a career in quantity surveying. Between them they bring financial rigour and a deep understanding of the commercial property and construction sectors, the same sectors CleanSimple now serves every day.
In under four years, we've grown to a team of approximately 30 cleaning professionals, holding contracts with organisations including Ulster University, Howdens Joinery, Costa Coffee and Kilnbridge Construction. We clean offices, sports facilities, dental surgeries, retail showrooms, construction sites and more across Belfast and wider Northern Ireland.
How We Work

Our team is managed day-to-day by our operations manager, who works closely with both clients and cleaning staff to ensure standards are met and issues are resolved quickly. Clients tell us our responsiveness is what sets us apart, you won't be passed to a call centre or left waiting for a reply. You'll speak to someone who knows your site.
Our staff are tight-knit. Many have worked together since the early days of the business, and several joined through recommendations from existing team members. All are reference-checked and ID-verified before they start.
We're locally owned and managed, based on Adelaide Street in Belfast city centre. Every decision is made here, by people who understand Northern Ireland.
