Stage 1

A full clean of completed areas immediately before snagging. Construction dust, debris and surface contamination are removed so the snagging team can carry out their inspection on a clean canvas.
Stage 2
Sparkle Clean
A final detailed clean immediately before handover — bringing the premises to a presentation-ready standard for the incoming occupier or client.
